1. General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement governing the use of the betbdt platform and all services operated under it. From the moment you access this website or register an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

betbdt is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services. While using any of these services, each member must comply with these rules as well as any additional terms associated with that specific service.

2. Account Registration

To open an account on betbdt, a member must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false information may result in the account being permanently closed at any time.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in those accounts will be cancelled.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

• A valid mobile number and email must be provided at registration.
• Identity must be confirmed via OTP verification.
• To make any changes to account details, contact support.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All betbdt services are for persons aged 21 or above only. Providing a date of birth at registration is mandatory, and betbdt may request a valid ID document at any time.

3.1 KYC Verification Process

Before large withdrawals, or whenever the platform deems it necessary, a member may be asked to submit one of the following documents:

• Clear photos of both sides of the National ID Card (NID).
• A photo of the data page of a valid passport.
• A bank or mobile wallet statement confirming the address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

betbdt currently supports transactions through popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betbdt supports the following methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital wallet.

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. This time may increase if verification or a security review is required.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual, betbdt reserves the right to hold it until verification is complete. betbdt takes active measures to prevent money laundering.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

To claim any bonus or promotional offer from betbdt, the specific conditions of that offer must be met. Bonuses can never be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed before any withdrawal.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagering must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A member cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus will be cancelled.
• betbdt reserves the right to cancel or modify bonuses in specific cases.
• Bonus rules will continue to apply to winnings until wagering requirements are met.
• If bonuses are abused through multiple accounts, all benefits will be cancelled.

5.3 Reload and Weekly Bonuses

Various weekly and seasonal bonus offers are available for regular members. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming. betbdt reserves the right to change or discontinue any existing offer at any time.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in sports betting, casino games, and other gaming activities on betbdt.

6.1 Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet on that event will be cancelled and the stake will be returned.
• betbdt reserves the right to correct any incorrect results caused by system errors or technical issues.
• A multi-bet may be cancelled if two or more selections relate to the same event.

6.2 Maximum Win Limit

betbdt sets a specific maximum win limit for different games and betting categories. This limit may change from time to time and will be stated in the rules of the relevant game.

6.3 Irresponsible Conduct Prohibited

Manipulating the betting system, exploiting any game error for gain, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

7. Responsible Gaming

betbdt believes gaming should be for entertainment — not as a means of earning money. The platform has several protective measures in place to ensure responsible gaming.

• All gaming activities are restricted to those aged 21+.

• betbdt reserves the right to take action on its own initiative if harmful gaming behaviour is identified.
• No promotional emails or communications will be sent during a self-exclusion period.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account voluntarily. In this case, the remaining balance can be withdrawn, but any unused bonuses will be cancelled.

8.2 Closure by betbdt

betbdt may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
• Failure to complete age verification or being under 21 years of age.
• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

betbdt maintains a detailed privacy policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of members' personal information. By opening an account, you also agree to that policy.

All transactions and communications are protected by SSL encryption. Information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact betbdt's customer service team directly first. Support is available in Bengali and English 24/7 via live chat and email.

10.1 Complaints Procedure

• After a complaint is received, betbdt will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• Complex matters may take somewhat longer to resolve.
• There is an option to appeal against a decision.
• betbdt's decision will be considered final.

10.2 Technical Errors

If the result of any game or bet is affected by a server outage or technical issue, betbdt reserves the right to declare that round void and return the stake.

11. Right to Change Terms

betbdt reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published.

betbdt will attempt to notify members of changes via email or a notification on the site, but this is not mandatory. Members are advised to visit this page regularly.
